COLD, FLU or CORONAVIRUS? If you have a cold, flu or Covid, you must postpone your appointment until you are completely better. Clients attending the studio with any cold or flu like symptoms will be politely refused service until they are fully recovered.
FEELING UNWELL for any undiagnosed reason? Please postpone your appointment until you are feeling better.
COMPLEX MEDICAL HISTORY? If you are currently under medical supervision or have any ongoing investigations into health matters, permissions may need to be sought from your primary health consultant. Please advise me at the time of booking.
PUNCTUALITY & LATENESS. Arriving 5 minutes early can often be helpful in getting your appointment started on time. Allowances cannot be made for late arrivals, you will lose precious massage time! Please arrive a few minutes early.
PERSONAL HYGENE. Clients should attend their appointment in a clean & presentable state for their chosen therapy. For a full body massage, i need a fully cleansed body. Thank you!
FOOTWEAR. Outdoor footwear is not permitted in the massage room itself. All outdoor footwear must be removed in the foyer. Socks may still be worn.
ALCOHOL & DRUGS. Clients should refrain from using alcohol or recreational drugs immediately prior to their visit. Prescription medicines should be taken normally as per your prescription. HRT & nicotine patches may still be worn.
DO NOT MISS YOUR APPOINTMENT. All missed appointments will be charged for at their full rate. Payment must be made before another appointment may be secured.
DRINKING WATER. There is a plentiful supply of drinking water which clients can directly access in the massage room.
WEAR YOUR SCRUFFS. Clients should wear warm, loose, comfortable clothing. Remember, oil on clothing can be a pest to remove! Please dont wear this season's Gucci or SuperDry!
JEWELLERY. To avoid damaging the delicate surface of the massage couch, please remove ALL jewellery. No exceptions except for wedding bands/rings.
CANCELLATIONS & AMMENDMENTS. Please ensure any changes & cancellations are notified to me by close of business at 7pm, the day prior to your appointment. You will receive same day confirmation of your cancellation. Charges may be incurred for late cancellations.

However, should you have any specific requirements, for example, you might prefer a colder room & no strong smells. No problem at all, just advise me well in advance of your appointment.
