Cancellation Policy.
Currently, clients are asked to provide as much notice as possible when cancelling an appointment but certainly no later than close of business at 5pm, the day prior to your appointment. All late cancellations that cannot be reallocated in time will unfortunately incur the full fee for the lapsed session.
If you have booked an appointment & yet fail to attend, payment for the lapsed appointment will be levied at the full rate. Reimbursement must be arranged before another appointment can be secured.
This policy is applied equally & fairly to all clients & all missed appointments without exception.
